Common computer users may feel eye irritation, decreased visual acuity, tend to have a feeling of fatigue. Who used a computer in the diet should be aware of the following aspects:

Beneficial to the eyes to eat some foods such as eggs, fish, cod liver oil, carrots, spinach, sweet potatoes, pumpkin, wolfberry fruit, chrysanthemum, sesame, radish, animal liver, and so on.

Eat a high calcium-containing foods such as soy products, cheese, bone soup, eggs, milk, lean meat, shrimps and prawns.

Note that vitamin supplement: vitamin eat fresh fruits and vegetables.
